Kindergarten Supply List 26/27

Student Supplies (required)

Backpack (large enough for folders)

Re-usable water bottle

1 complete change of clothes in a labeled gallon bag

Weather-appropriate jacket and outdoor shoes

Classroom Supplies (required)

2 boxes of crayons (24-count)

8–12 glue sticks

1 pair child-safe scissors

1 package black dry-erase markers (4-pack)

2 boxes of washable markers

1 box of Crayola markers-bold colors (Art class)

1 box colored pencils

1 pack of black sharpies

1 composition notebook

1 watercolor set

1 pack of oil pastels (highly encouraged but optional if hard to find)

Classroom Donations (Optional and Appreciated)

Snacks: Granola bars, crackers, gold fish, fruit leather, jerky, cheese sticks etc. No foods with food dye please!

Tissues, unscented baby wipes, gallon or sandwich zip top bags, colored construction paper and crafty items (misc. Craft supplies like yarn, stickers, sparkles, prizes)

1 set of headphones (over the ear) - Elecder brand is best (link)

1 backpack to bring daily, large enough for take home folder

1 full water bottle daily

1 box Crayola markers-bright colors (Art class)

2-Fine tip and 2-Regular tipped permanent markers (Sharpies)

1 pkg paper plate - the floppy ones - they are for art not eating from

1 snack to share - sent in at the beginning of each month

2 cans of playdough

NO PENCIL BOXES needed. Teachers will provide them this year.

Rain Gear

Since we will be engaging in regular outdoor / nature based learning - we would like all children to have a one-piece rain suit that will "live" at school for the year!  Below is a link to a good quality rain suit we would love families to order.  If your family is not in a financial position to order a set, we have scholarship funds to order those for your child - just reach out to Readiness to Learn (360-221-6808 ex. 4321/ rtlfprograms@readinesstolearn.org)  and we will arrange to get your child a rain suit!
